Sinca is formed out of six villages: Sinca Veche – the village center, Persani, Sercaita, Ohaba, Bucium and Vâlcea. The village has a population of 3575 inhabitants: Sinca Veche – 970, Persani – 1102, Sercaita – 748, Ohaba – 287, Bucium – 249 and Valcea – 219.
