Acces to the railroad network (distance to the nearest CFR station): CFR station Persani is located in the vecinity of the village with the same name and 5 km away from the center of Sinca.

Acces to the national, county, village and forest road-network: DN 1A crosses the village from Vladeni (Dumbravita village) towards Sercaia (Sercaia village) through Persani village. DN 73A crosses the village from Sinca Noua (Sinca Noua village) towards Vad (Sercaia village) through the villages Valcea, Sinca Veche and Ohaba. DJ 104A crosses the village from Baile Persani (crossroad with DN 1A) towards Margineni (Hârseni village) through the villages Sinca Veche, Sercaita and Bucium. DC 16 crosses the village from Persani towards Grid (Parau village), and DC 14 crosses the village from Bucium towards Toderita (Mândra village). At village level, there is also a vast network of forest roads, with a length of 86 km.

National, county, village and forest roads on the villages administrative territory:
  • DN 1A has a length of 12 km on the villages teritory, and is in good shape. A rehabilitation program is going to take place in the next period.

  • DN 73A has a length of 8 km on the villages teritory, and requires reparations at asphalt level.
  • DJ 104A has a length of 13 km on the villages teritory, and is in general good shape. It requires repairs at the two railroad crossings (at Baile Persani and the entrance in Sinca Veche) where it's shape is unsatisfying.

  • DC 16 Persani-Grid has a length of 3,5 km on the villages teritory, and is currently involved in a rehabilitation program.
  • DC 14 Bucium-Toderita has a length of 3 km on the villages teritory, and requires some small repairs.
    The forest road-network has a length of 86 km at village level, and is in good shape.

- the water network: In the villages Sinca Veche, Persani, Ohaba and Valcea there is no centralised distribution network for drinking water; this will be done with the investition curently in progress - „Supplying water to Sinca and Sercaia villages” In this villages the people supply themselves with water from wells or small springs that supply groups of houses.
In Sercaita village exists a water distribution system realised in the 80's with the help of the villagers. The network is in bad shape and requires repairs especially in the cathching area and the pipe the brings the water to the village. To achieve this a public-private partnership is necessary, so that the Sinca local council can finance the rehabilitaion of the networks, because it can not be done only with the contribution of the populace.
In the Bucium village there is also a centralised water distribution system realised in the 80's and rehabilitated through financial contribution and work of the populace that now manage the network. The network is in good shape, and the quality of the water is satisfactory.
- the sewer network: there is no sewer network in the village
- communications network (phone, internet, TV): all villages have acces to the phone network, but in Ohaba, Sercaita and Bucium villages there is a need for more than 150 new phone posts. Internet access is done via dial-up. There is cabla TV in all villages.

- electrical network: all villages have acces to the electrival network, the exception being a few houses at the exit towards Grid of Persani village. The networks are mainly old, too small for actual needs, this is why the voltage provided is as low as 180V which frequently leads to the failure of home appliances. A rehabilitaion of the electrical network at vilalge level is required.
- the gas network: in Sinca Veche, Ohaba, Sercaita and Bucium villages the gas network is functioning since december 2003
