Adding to these conditions the general restrictions caused by the high prices of agricultural mechanized operations, fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides, seeds, on one side, and the low prices for products on the agricultural market, on the other side, we can figure that the agriculture is one of subsistence, where in a household the production assures the family's consumption and the restart of the productive cicle next year.
In order to stimulate the development of this traditional activity branch for Sinca's inhabitants the town hall will alocate money for the finalisation of the process of setting in possesion, thus owner partnetshios will be able to appear , which will work the land on large areas, and thus more eficient, making this activity a profitable one for the landowners. Also, the people should be informed about the possibility of obtaining financing for agricultural activities from the European Union.
The activity of breeding livestock is also suffering, but a growth tendency can be noticed in the number of cows and sheep in the households, but the problem of origins and genetic quality of these animals still remains. This is a domain where good results can be obtained, even in the current economic conditions, but this activity has to take place in special farms with a number of at least 20 cows, with tested genetic quality and proper feeding. It is planned to increase the nourishing potential of the village's grasing areas through the cuting of lone trees, destruction of anthills and increasing the fertility of the soil.

Other economic units in the village are the petrol deposit and the pipe isolation station. These are the units that provide the most working places in the village, except for services, trade, education and administration.
We think that the branch with the most potential is the processing of wood from the village forest, considering that about 20.000 mc of wood can be harvested anually and the short transport distance if the processing is done localy. The intention is to obtain the financing for such an activity, that would provide a lot of working places through SC Sincana Civic SRL, whose owner is Sinca's local council.

In order to be able to expolit al these an infrastructure is necessary, that will provide easy acces, quality accomodation while mantaining the traditional style, clean restaurants with natural products of high quality. We think that once the water, sewer, gas and phone networks will be put into service, family lodgings can appear, that will offer special accomodation conditions to potential tourists.
An objective that we regard with special interest is the realisation of a partnership with the swiss locality Cortaillod regarding the rehabilitaion of Bailer Persani, we have sent a concept to the swiss part, based on which we will prepare a project of execution.
We also intend to develop hunting tourism together with our neighbours in the forests that belong to the association of forest owners „Valea Sincii”.
Through the decision of the local council of Sinca the founding of tourist areas on Strâmbei Valley has been established, at Bucium Monastery and on Bradetului Valley.
